Use of the Service

Flux2Klein provides users with AI-powered image generation capabilities. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You may use our service to:

• Generate images for personal and commercial projects
• Create artwork, designs, and visual content
• Experiment with AI image generation technology

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hate
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property
• Resell or redistribute generated content as AI generation services
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

Credits, Payments, and Pricing

Credit System

• Our service operates on a credit-based system
• Credits are used to generate images
• Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per generation
• Credit costs are displayed before each generation
• Credits included with paid plans and subscriptions are granted in full immediately after successful payment and do not expire

Pricing

• Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days notice
• Price changes will not affect existing prepaid credits

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or Creem)
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Sales tax may be applied based on your location
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred

Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans
• If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date

How to Request a Refund

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Refund Limitations

• Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Free credits and promotional credits are non-refundable
• Eligible subscription refunds will be prorated based on the unused paid credits remaining in your account

Chargebacks

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension

Subscription Terms

Recurring Billing

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• If you cancel without requesting a refund, you will retain access to your remaining paid credits because paid credits do not expire

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We will send a reminder email before renewal

Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of prompts you create
• You own the images generated using our service, subject to the underlying model's license terms (Apache 2.0)
• You grant us a limited license to use generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes

Our Service

• The Flux2Klein platform, including its design, code, and functionality, is our intellectual property
• FLUX.2 Klein models are developed by Black Forest Labs under Apache 2.0 license
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service

Content Moderation

• We use automated content moderation to prevent generation of prohibited content
• We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates our policies
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation
• Generated content may not always meet your expectations
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-generated images may occasionally contain artifacts or imperfections

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flux2Klein and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate using our service
